As Assistant General Manager at Brasserie La Banque, Alicia Williams brings a thoughtful, grounded approach to leadership rooted in her belief that hospitality is a form of care. A Charleston native, Alicia has been involved in the food and beverage world since she was 16, with a brief detour into nonprofit work before returning to the industry full time. Her degree in International Trade with a minor in Hospitality from Clemson University laid the foundation for a career built on adaptability, teamwork, and creating meaningful guest experiences. She thrives in the dynamic pace of restaurant life and is driven by the opportunity to foster spaces where people feel welcomed and appreciated.

Alicia believes the best leaders lead by example – showing up, staying present, and stepping in wherever needed. Outside of the restaurant, she’s often found at a live show, digging through local thrift stores, or planning her next road trip. A proud dog mom to two rescue pups, Alicia is passionate about living with intention and finding joy in life’s quiet moments. At her core, she is committed to cultivating a culture of warmth and respect, both for guests and the team she leads.
